Hi all,

Selling my Hitohira Tanaka x Kyuzo KU 240 gyuto. Bought it second hand off here for $400, only used it a few times, selling for $375 + shipping, I'm in the US. Excellent performing knife, really nice steel, can't go wrong with Tanaka's Blue #1. The grind on this is very nice, I usually don't like hollow grinds but this is really excellent to use. One of the best handles I've ever seen on a knife, looks great, smells great, feels great to hold. Selling as I need the money. I've never put it through a full sharpening progression but I did touch the edge up on an aiwatanii. Measurements are as follows:

Blade length: 232 mm
Heel height: 50.8 mm
Spine thickness at handle: 2.5 mm
Spine thickness in the middle: 2 mm
Weight: 148g
