Hunter Valley Blade in 52100 - Workhorse 240mm
Only had an initial sharpening then prepping a meal or 2 and there's some patina developed. I can remove the patina upon request.
Amazing food release, thick spine, tapered from about 2cm at the tips and solid specs. Too much of a beast for me.

That Tansu at this price is a freaking homerun. If I didn’t already have one that’s practically identical to this one I’d be all over it. In fact I’ve already thought about grabbing it still. This one looks to be more of a laser than my “wh” version

Just got a 230 on Friday, these knives are seriously amazing works by Mert. Though this one here has the cooler logo.
Knowing what I know now about these blades, I’m even More shocked this one hasn’t sold yet. The price is on point
