I will be uploading product design and information sheets to this thread over time. These sheets do not contain prices, as prices tend to change over time. Best thing to do if you are interested in ordering, and want a current price quote is to skip over to our homepage and use our online knife design wizard. Punch in all the options you want, and it will give you a direct quote in real time. Bear in mind that at times we do offer certain items at a discount, so I thought it best to leave prices out. And as always, questions and comments are most welcome.

These are quite nice! I've been following the website, and it's really nicely done. It's a really cool idea that makes it easy for a client to visualize and order a custom knife.

Great presentation of the products !

Poped to the site, looking good !

Some really sexy stuff, and the YouTubes really show how much work is put into each part of the knife, the handle, the saya and the blade.

Keep evolving

Thanks Erez. As you may have noticed already, we took your advice on a number of points - your input is proving very valuable.

These are not your thick backed, single sided grind, traditional deba - even though they have the same profile.
Our 'A' Series Deba are perfect for those who like the overall profile of the Deba blade, but prefer a thinner, slim, double sided grind with more flex and a tall shinogi line.
While these Deba knives will feel very different to the traditional Deba used in Japan to break down fish, they present a more versatile blade, capable of processing a wider variety of food items - not just fish. A great choice for home cooks or anyone who takes their food processing seriously.
