I bought this from Strata on sale last month, and while the grind, kasumi and overall fit/finish, and cutting performance on a tomato and a carrot (extent of its use for one prep) were excellent, I'm really not a nakiri user. I'm the original owner, have used this once and minimally, and have not sharpened this. Hitohira saya included.
