For sale is a lightly used Tetsujin Metal Flow gyuto. Used it for 2 or 3 small meals and to chop up a couple of watermelons. Had to check out Tetsujin after seeing ashy2classy rave about them all the time.. and he’s absolutely right, this thing is awesome! Hasn’t been sharpened/stropped. Asking $500 shipped CONUS.
