Stainless clad white #1. Steel is amazing! Purchased new and have owned for only about 6 months. Fun little knife but just don’t reach for it as much as I thought I would. Hoping someone else can get some good use out of it.

Spent a couple hours thinning the knife, and then put a new edge on it. A couple stray scratches as a result (hopefully clear in photos). A bit of TF wabi sabi but certainly minimal compared to other examples.

These nashiji knives drop the frills and get down to business. Thinning work already done is icing on the cake.
