Is that fish slicer a Sakai Takayuki? No blacksmith named? Also how long is the blade length?
The mark on the yanagiba is from Mr. Shotaro Nomura, who sharpened the blade. The blacksmith is not mentioned but could be traced by the number on the handle. Perhaps Vancouversam has reliable information? Would be interesting to know where you got this knife from.

Thanks for the information. The exact length for the blade is 310mm. And the sharpening was definitely done by Mr. Shotaro Nomura. However the blacksmith I won’t be able to tell until removing the handle. it has serial number which can be trace to the blacksmith. And he is definitely a “Dentokogeshi“.
