Thanks so much, all! This is the most labor-intensive thing we do. The material is 'free,' because it is comprised of smaller offcuts of wood (since our butcher blocks are comprised of 4" wide blocks and lumber comes in random widths). So I take a bath on the labor side of things, but save a bit because of materials. These are challenging and fun to make.
