Hi everyone,
I've just returned from the Auckland Blade Show and this year there was about 50 vendors and 2 NZ Japanese knife shops were there also.
We have a great community of makers here and the whole show was organised by @Skye Eilers Knives, who once again put on a great show.
As always it's a learning experience for me, with so much knife making knowledge in one room. In NZ there has been a surge of new makes but there is also some older makers with decades of experience (one even trained for 6 years under Kazuyuki Tanaka in the 90's.
Unfortunately my photos weren't on point this weekend but here's the website and there is bio's and links to the vendors.
