They carry Chef's Presses and it's a great time to get some if you don't already have any. I have two of the standard 13oz and a round one. They see a good bit of use and are way better than a brick, another pan, etc. The slots let the steam escape.

Good call. Free shipping applies to them as well (which they didn’t when I got mine from Bernal). I basically use them every time I cook proteins.

Unfortunately sharpening gear is all I’m in the market for at the moment and their cleaver offering is lacking but lots of other nice things. I’ve picked up stuff in the past and the discount has stacked on already discounted items for some pretty sweet deals. Hopefully it will again this year.

I have replaced all mine with Boll and Branch. They used to ship from Chelmsford (next day), but the last batch came from PA (two days). Their Signature and linen lines are good. Their flannel is better than Coyuchi.
