I'm looking to trade this bad boy as it just isn't getting the use it deserves. I'm looking mostly for gyutos from western makers but might be open to the right Japanese knife too. It's a hard knife to pass along being as honyakis from Rob aren't common and very hard to find. I got an extremely good deal when in bought it and only paid $600 but feel like the trade value is closer to $800 but i guess that's all subjective. The knife is 215mm x 49mm of W2 steel and weighs 116g the handle is d shaped bog oak and very comfortable. I'd like to keep this conus for now. Let's see what you all got!
