EDIT: I bought an Ashi Hamono White, so the case is closed.

Hi guys,
I'd like to try out a monosteel gyuto made from non-stainless steel. I'm open to a number of different things, especially used knives.

- It should be on the thinner side, but doesn't have to be a laser.
- Wa-handle is preferred, but not required.
- It shouldn't be clad, but monosteel (or damascus). Feel free to offer interesting clad knives anyways.
- Should be at least 210mm long.
- Signs of wear are fine, so is non-critical cosmetic damage. Don't let that deter you ;)
- Will be used for veggies, so it should be reasonably tall. Pure slicers won't fit me.

- Budget: up to 300USD.

- I live in the EU, so options within this area would be strongly preferred.
- If you have a nice non-stainless Kiritsuke or Nakiri, feel free to offer it also.

Now please send through the offers :) Thanks for reading.
