Picked this up in a job lot bought online. Somewhere online I found a similar knife for sale that claimed it was 140 years old. About 9 1/2 “ at the, now, very straight edge. Others I’ve seen appear almost triangular in profile with very little belly. About 1 3/4” high at the heel. Significant taper making it slightly flexible at the tip. I have taken any recurve out of the profile and use it as my main slicer at the moment. Shapens up sweetly.
