hahaha, mix two egg yolks and half mascarpone, half gently whipped double cream (about 150g each), sweeten with some powdered sugar, dunk the savoiardi briefly in a mix of whatever booze you think tickles her and a couple of GREAT double espresso's. Start with the savoiardi, add the mixture, add another layer. Let it set in the fridge covered with cling film, dust with a mix of powdered sugar and great cocoa powder (something like Valrhona) or grate some Valrhona Caribean over it) after portioning just before serving, serve with a cold not too sweet limoncello or double ristretto ( or best; both)
Get some single origin Arabica beans like Peru Tunki, or a nice high grown Nicaraguan for the ristretto.

Aogami Super + Cognac or death.

Some whipped heavy cream with an 8 0z tub of mascarpone, splash of vanilla, and some granulated sugar to sweeten all whipped up to firm peaks. I use a mix of expresso and rum to soak my ladyfingers. Starting with a layer of ladyfingers then whipped mascarpone cream then alternate the way the ladyfingers face and alternate. Finally dust lightly with some cocoa powder.
