Brand new, unused, perfect-sized 225mm Togashi honyaki gyuto. Yohei (aka: Takada) sharpened so it's got a really thin, nicely convex grind on it, 50/50. It's absolutely stunning, was originally purchased from Strata Portland, I got it as part of a package sale. It does have the righty-favoring polished choil that is amazing for those right-handers out there, but again the grind is 50/50. Really beautiful finish on it, nice signs of banding that might come out with a polish. 168 grams, 48mm at the heel and 217mm blade length. Quite an attractive Khii handle of Ziricote and blonde horn. This should be a good chance to get it at a reasonable price as these keep getting more and more expensive at the retail level. Asking $1,400 CONUS, $1,450 Int'l.
Edit: no trades unless you have select Kato, Kaiju, or Ashi. Thanks!
