This was my first J knife and I definitely went overboard on size for a home cook. I bought it in 2010. Sharpened a handful of times but it has not seen a ton of use, I quickly went on to a DT ITK 240mm and then down the rabbit hole. This thing is a beast that I just don't need. It has been tucked away for years now.
