Cleaning out knives that I don't use much. Here's a Tojiro DP Honesuki. Not much to say about this. Works very well as a chicken knife! I'm just using my Munetoshi butcher more now. I don't think it's been used very much (sharpened <5 times, I'd guess?) but it came with some scuffs when I got it, so I sandpapered the whole thing, removing the Tojiro logo in the process. So, it has no logo now, and just has a 600 grit sandpaper finish.
