Money got a little tight for a while, and this forum has always been a rabbit hole for me. Decided I needed to take a bit of a break. In the mean time, I've sharpened over 20k knives by hand since I've been gone, and have continued to practice my craft. Knives are an everyday part of my life, as well as cooking. Figured I'd say hello again. Cheers!

    Welcome back!

Isn't there a saying that to learn to do something well you need to do it 10,000 times? If so you went a little overboard.
