I have a Toyama 210mm Gyuto up for sale. (211mm x 49mm x 174g) I am the second owner. This knife has seen limited used over the last year and a half in my home kitchen, and it is in great shape. It's just a bit short for my taste--I wanted to try a 210 and picked this one, and while I really like the knife, I think I need something in the 225mm--240mm. I'll probably try a Shihan.
This is not a SS-clad knife. This one has the mild steel cladding, so it will develop a patina (as you can see in the photos.)
I'd like $300 via paypal, shipped within the CONUS, on this one.
