Up for grabs here is a 240 toyama gyuto. Standard SS clad. Knife is BNIB. Still has the tsubaki oil on the blade and the wax from the handle install. Price is $465 shipped USPS priority mail in the states. If you’re in Canada, shoot me a message and we can talk. All other countries I think it might be too hectic to ship right now. Blade is 240 mm and has a height of 54.5 mm. Weight i’m not too sure. I’ll have to try and find a scale. Shoot me a message! Thanks.

Going to drop this to $450 shipped CONUS. This is a great example of toyama. Has a great grind and would really be a great all-rounder in a pro or even home setting.

I just ordered a 210 this morning for nearly the same price. This is a good option for anyone looking for a 240. GLWS
