I love these and I think you're right that they are no longer produced -- it is marked "discontinued" on the JNS website -- which is a bit sad because they are incredible cutters. Truly the definition of a shallot slayer, it is my go-to for shallots and garlic. The precision and edge it takes can't be beat.
