Up for sale is a 240mm stainless clad Toyama gyuto I picked up on the forum a little over a year ago. I purchased it lightly used and honestly I have used it only a handful of times myself.

I would have kept it but I’m thinning out the knife stash to cover some other hobbies expenses.
