232x52 Devin san Mai gyuto. A2 core.
Mokume bolster. Great knife. The tip is insanely thin. There is a scratch on the knife from halving an onion. Must of been sand/silt/ stone in the root. It’s not visible from every angle but you can see it. Sharpened once .1100 usd shipped USA/Canada . Same deal with worldwide shipping above

160mm carter honesuki. San Mai, white core.Never sharpened . I don’t even think I’ve used it to be honest. However, there is very mild spot of light pitting on core steel. Something must of got on it in the hutch /buffet where I keep the knives . 495 usd shipped USA/ Canada .
