Hey folks selling this useful little gyuto from Malachi. I really like this knife overall but be forewarned: it's a laser in every single sense of the word, so if you don't like lasers, look elsewhere. Incredibly thin, light, and fast. Great little prep knife, good heel height @ 54mm. I also really have loved the CruForge V steel - it's held up well despite the thinness and holds a great edge. I've not fully sharpened this. Hasn't need it and thus stropping only. Great fit and finish as one would expect from Malachi and beautiful patterned twist damascus, nice patina forming (rainbow). Specs below. Selling because I'm planning to get more from Malachi when he can slot me in for a bigger knife, though I'm grateful I got this and had a chance to test his knives.
