I've read that Tsubaya has knives Takada hamono that are arguably identical to the ones with Takada's own stamp on them. However, I'm not able to find them on their site by description. I've ran across a knife that might match the description but I just can't quite tell. If anyone can confirm or share some knowledge regarding this I'd gladly appreciate it, thank you!

Above link is the knife in question

I once reached out to Takada on Instagram about that - kept seeing his name on Tsubaya knives but no stamp. His response below - seems like it was common for him previously.

"Hi, it’s OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturing) products. I sharpened, but kasumi finish by other persons. Thanks,"

I've got a nakiri that's OEM from Tsubaya and it cuts like a dream. Feels the same as my Guyto from Takada but could just be placebo?

I would also like some information about this. I have one of these knives. I bought it without ever knowing the name Takada. I just wandered into Tsubaya and was instantly drawn to how the knife looked and how light it was .
