First one I got here In Australia and is iron clad high carbon, workhorse grind

Carbon San Mai ( Not stainless)
125sc core steel and iron cladding, kuro uchi finish , water quenched at 65hrc hardness.
Handle is d shaped Arizona ironwood and African Blackwood
Specs :
235mm at the edge , 57mm tall ,
Thickness of the spine :

4.1mm above the heel
2.5mm midway
1.3mm an inch before the tip
1mm at the tip
256 grams


Second one has done the rounds here and was acquired from @bbrooks008 who purchased from this WTS thread SOLD - 240 HVB 52100 Gyuto
