I bought these two knives from a forum member about three years ago, as a package deal. I was going through a cleaver phase, and I'd always planned to get them up to speed but threw them in a cabinet and spaced them off. They really don't suit my needs anymore, so I figured I'd try and find them new homes.

The first is a No.7 style cleaver, in virgin carbon (VC). It's almost like a nakiri, but stouter and more rugged. Weighs about 302g so it has some heft. I included my old Hiro 240 as reference. Hiro has already been sold, FYI.

Next is a No. 6 style in white 2. This is big beast, weighing in at about 470g. As you can see from the pics, both knives have patina, and are nothing to write home about regarding fit and finish. These are utilitarian knives meant to be worked hard. With a little rounding and thinning, I think they'd serve somebody well in a pro environment, or as a project knife. Both have decent edges on them from the prior owner, and include Ichimonji's free sharpening/repair vouchers.

I paid $325 for the pair. If bought together, I'll send them priority shipped CONUS for $240. Otherwise, $100 for the no.7, and $175 for the no.6, shipped CONUS. International, we can probably work something out. If you'd like more/better pics, feel free to ask.

Cheers,

- Josh
