Looking to purchase one Uchi (in the 5k+ range) and one Suita (in the 8k+) range to use after my Naniwa Pro 3k for Yanagibas and maybe a high HRC gyuto/suji. Want these to be able to be used for polishing/bevel work on all of my blades. Chasing that perfect edge and kasumi finish I suppose. USA based.
