Ok, I have two absolutely amazing cutters for sale that are easy to use as well. I am splitting these up. The Minamo maker has retired and convex damascus Kyuzo x Tanaka probably won't be seen too often again.

1st is a Hitohira Tanaka x Kyuzo, convex grind, mirror finished core, damascus, Aogami 1 core with a triple spacer burl and double horn handle. 231 x 50, 188g. $750 > $725.

2nd is a Sakai Kikumori Minamo ATS-34 core and stainless damascus. If you like stainless damascus, this is an absolute stunner that doesn't translate through pictures. 231 x 50, 193 g, ebony and horn handle. $700 > $675

I got the Minamo nicely dialed in and it was a much better cutter than anticipated.

$1450 > $1400 for the pair. $750 >$725 for the TxK and $700 > $675 for the Minamo. CONUS shipping included. Int'l, we'll figure shipping out but $25 towards it incuded.

I would prefer to sell, but if we're trading, the usual Westerns.

Ok, Bumping this and splitting them up.

Since that Kyuzo is so rare $800 for it and $700 for the Minamo. BTW the Minamo is not being made anymore. Maker is retired according to a knife shop owner but still wouldn't give me the damn name.

IMO the minamo is a better cutter than my Tanaka SG2 damascus gyuto, but I have a handle I made on the SG2 one and it cuts well enough. The minamo is in near pristine condition. Its got a premium Ebony and horn handle that goes on their upper lines, almost identical to my TnH.

Daddy needs a grinder, so my most sellable stuff is going first before I tip it or something stupid-er.
