I would love to join. Most weekends would work for me. End of October is not too good as I will be in France for a week.

The weekend 22nd October or 29th works for me although not on the list. Early November could work for me too!

11th November would be my ideal pick of those dates (I cannot do 12th November)

Out of interest, can we bring 4-5 knives each to compare our favourites?
