Ultimate Toast recipe

Per @Michi request I have finally developed the perfect toast recipe after extensive (1 session) testing.

Recipe- Ultimate Toast 2 Ways
Ingredients:

1 slice of Sara Lee Artesno potato bread, or slice of sliced bread of your preference
13 g of Kerrysgold butter, room temperature, or the best quality butter you can find.

Cheese Toast
1 slice of Sara Lee Artesno Potato Bread, or 1 slice of sliced bread of your preference
1 slice of the cheapest American Cheese you can find

Optional:
1 pinch of your choice of dried herbs, I used Herb de Provence
1 pinch of fresh cracked pepper

Preparation:
1. Set your Anova Precision Oven or Rationale Combination Oven to 450 F at 20% Humidity with the fan on.

2. For cheese toast, place slice of cheese on slice of bread and top with herbs and cracked pepper. Once oven is ready place slices of toast into oven.

3. Toast to desired doneness. My preference for buttered toast ended up being 1 minute and 45 seconds for a toast with a golden brown crispy exterior with a soft fluffy interior. For cheese toast it was read at 2 minutes and 15 seconds for a cheese toast with a nice domed bruleed cheese top.

3. Remove from oven and spread room temperature butter over slice of bare toast.

4. Slice into precise geometric pieces for convenient eating. Serve & Enjoy!

Thanks for the photos and recipes! The one thing that has kinda had me on the fence about the APO is its utility as a toaster. I've wanted to upgrade our toaster oven for a while, but don't have space for an APO and a separate toaster. I've heard from others that the APO isn't great at toast. I've even had someone suggest I get an APO and a toaster and store the toaster inside the APO. But this toast looks quality. I'd love to hear more about APO toast. Is it good for bagels? How long does it take to come up to 450? 20 minute toast probably isn't happening. Meh. :(

The cheese is not the issue.
It's odd enough to cut toast straight down the middle instead of into triangles...
But into random pieces?! Blasphemy!!

Traditionally I believe they'd be known as 'koppa', and not necessarily of an inferior quality. In fact many such pieces of toast are delicious, and good value to bout!

Just did a quick test run. Set it to 450F at 20%. Took about 14 mins. You can also turn it on and have it preheat from bed once you get it connected to Wi-Fi.

For something as simple as toast or reheating things I usually just throw it in as it preheats. Once it reaches about 400F toast browns FAST. I usually have the rack on the very top but didnt this time so threw it in cold on the bottom and it took about 10 mins. With it on the top rack it'd probably toast faster and even "faster" if you turn it on in bed 😉
Don't see why it wouldn't be good for bagels too.

For me this is a game changing all in one machine.
With all the abilites, it elimates the need for at least 5 gadets/appliances that I already have/ wanted. I also turned the regular oven back into storage.

I even have a crazy dream of picking up another one so I could run 2 seperate projects, or 1 for projects and one for daily toast/air frying, or maybe steam in one while roasting in another. Will be very useful for the holidays.

One thing that bugs me is that it's just a hair too small to fit standard size half sheet trays.

Granted, I haven't fully immersed myself in all the features yet. Your mileage may vary.
