Today I’m putting up one of my best and most beautiful stones. This one just sees too less use and it’s time for it to move.It is a very expressive looking Karasu that was sold as a Suita because which I believe because of the scattered, very fine Renge the stone is showing. The stone will most likely change a lot over time given the looks on the sides. Kawa on the back is untouched and beautiful as well. All lines are completely safe.
This is a very pleasant stone to use as hardness is right in the middle of the spectrum. It will release some mud in use but not too much and is quite fast as all of the mud will turn dark grey/black almost instantly.
The finish is fine but not overly so with semi mirror core steel and the contrast it gives is amazing. Edges are refined but retain some really nice bite.
The stone measures 203x75x34 weighing 1255g.
I would like to get 600€ (710$) including shipping in Europe and half of the shipping cost for international buyers, reasonable offers are of course welcome.
