Im reluctantly posting this one due to my other DT Ladder damascus thread not garnering interest. I just received this one and need to sell because I have an unexpected knee surgery coming up and I cant justify having 2 high end DTs. This gyuto was tuned specifically to my taste and I paid a premium to make it super thin BTE and really let the apexultra shine.

I really REALLY don't like that. Why is this a thing? I couldn't get a Watanabe because of it. I just want to get the knife I want..don't force me to buy something I don't want.

It's a thing because I had listed 10 knives at once and I wanted to limit the number of transactions, it just took off from there (I guess Im really the one who does it the most #trendsetter). When individuals sent me a DM asking to purchase an individual knife I gave them a reasonable time frame (say a few days) to see if anyone would take the lot if not I would sell them the knife they wanted or a smaller sub set of knives.

Feel free to shoot me a DM if interested in either of these knives and we can work something out. If you're not interested, please file your suggestions/complaints with our HR department
