SOLD Wakui 180mm Santoku PRICE DROP

So I bought this for my wife in late January. She used it no more than 6 or 8 times, and there it sits. She prefers her Shun knives (I know, I know).

I'd keep it except I already have a Wakui 165mm Santoku, as well as a 180mm Bunka and 180mm Nakiri. I'm all out of room for another 180mm.

I love Wakui knives - for the money, perhaps the most underrated maker out there. Beautiful grind, thin behind the edge, pronounced distal taper. Uber performers, and this knife is no exception.

This knife has NOT been sharpened and is essentially "as new." Includes box and papers.

That looks about just as good as it gets for a 180mm santoku in W2; especially for that price.
Very nice profile, grind and finish.
