Hey guys, whittling down the collection, so with a heavy heart I post this lovely little Wakui Gyuto. Sharpened just a hand full of times and only used lightly.
Looking for $350 aud, many thanks.
The same with the Kaeru, a fantastic knife, but hasn’t quite made it to my daily work rotation, again, only sharpened a few times with signs of light use, looking for around $270

Thankyou! It’s a beaut for sure! I really love everything about the knife, but I have too many, and have recently been obsessed with the wakui workhorse so the nashiji is not getting the love it deserves
