This knife has only been used a dozen of times or so. It has formed a beautiful blue patina from slicing hot meat. This knife has a Sujihiki-ish profile with a distal taper and thin tip, thus is a great slicer. This has been a reliable piece of my arsenal but I just haven't reached for it enough lately and have a few other customs on the way. It has been sharpened once on a 6000 grit whetstone and polished on a leather strop.
