Selling a couple more knives. All prices include shipping to CONUS.

I haven't used it at all just wanted to check it out. Though it looks like a sweet little knife ultimately something a little longer would get more use from me.

Second is a Mazaki 250mm gyuto cleancut version. I picked this up used and didn't realize it was going to be a project. The cutting edge had a huge curve where the heel was taller than the rest of the knife and the cutting edge bevel was super fat. Evened out the cutting edge and did some thinning behind the edge. Could probably use a little more it is nowhere as thin behind the edge as my 220mm...more of a workhorse grind currently. Sanded out the marks from thinning but still pretty scratchy and could use more polishing if that is your thing. Comes with basswood saya.
