SOLD Watanabe 240mm Pro Gyuto with Edro Saya

You know the drill, one of the whoa cutters everyone loves. I like it but it is in an awkward place in my routine, in WH role the Toyama Nakiri and ShiHan works better for me, but it is still one of the quintessential Sanjo knives. This knife has its handle changed by previous owner, I took it to JKI to have its spine and choil rounded, and Jon also straightened it so you don't have to deal with any of the Wabi Sabi. It comes with an Edro saya. I got it for the value of $440 I'd like to keep it that way.

It is, I just got lucky. It weigns 231g, height is around 55mm.
