    This one is a more heavyweight one. I got it from BST probably a month ago.

    The grind is more workhorse than I'd like and the tip isn't super thin (still do horizontal onion cut well). Since I bought my Mazaki and prefer it, I'll see if anyone wants to trade this. Notice that there are scratches from sharpening as shown in the pictures. I'm interested to trade with 240 gyuto that has a great distal taper, thin at the tip and relatively thin behind the edge. I'd also like some weight to it, somewhere around 220-250g would be ideal.

    Hey guys the knife is actually 257mm length(custom order) plus it’s soft iron clad not stainless(gasp rare now)

    I’ve actually already owned this knife once. At the time I was working in a cramped space. It’s actually perfect for me now.
