Here's an iron clad shirogami Watanabe nakiri. Originally had a kuro finish and regular ho/horn D handle. I've removed most of it and have been thinning it over time. Also had the handle upgraded to a hitohira octagonal number. The heel was slightly chipped when it came back from the rehandle and I know the current state of the knife is not for everyone so I feel like this price is reflective of this.
It's very thin behind the edge but could do with some extra work raising the shinogi to better work with tall dense product.
Also has some cool banding in the cladding which would come out nicely with a proper polish job.
