I am selling my Weber Moulin Salt and Pepper set. It comes with caddy. Bought about 18 month ago for $580. Asking $500 delivered in CONusa. Other USA territories +$15
Some of my thoughts... I never thought I would sell this... I thought it would go in the coffin with me, LOL, but in order to keep peace, I have made the sacrifice. It's a beautiful set, meticulously crafted and it feels like a refined mechanical device, vs a typical grinder. I believe both can be fully disassembled to be cleaned, if one so desires. One of my favorite things is the grinding feedback. While most pepper grinders have lousy or inconsistent feedback, this has a perfect (IMO) feedback each time... I compare other grinders I have used to naniwa green brick feedback, vs this more like chosera or shapton, perfect feedback on each stroke.
Why am I selling this beauty then? Simple... my SO has been grinding me down (pun intended and not intended at the same time) because it does take some effort to grind salt and pepper and if you have wetter hands, it's even harder. It's not an issue for me, but I have to compromise.
P.S if for some reason no one wants this as a set, I will split it, but only if I have 100% dibs on both. Caddy will go with the salt grinder for $20 more (it's messier) - Price will be $260 for Pepper and $280 for grinder (with caddy)
If any questions, feel free to ask
