What is this knife.

Hi all.

I have this santoku knife I have owned for maybe 10 years. I think it is a great knife, even though the handle does seem a bit cheap. Unfortunately I don't have the box any more. And I have totally forgot what brand it is..anyone here who can tell me ?

It dosent say, if its stainless its usually either VG10 or MoV

I will assume it is stainless..it has never had any rust spots

Looks like a Tojiro DP A-1 (Model F-301) in VG10

It's not that there is anything wrong with it. It works fine and is okay to use. But I just prefer the more western style handles for my large hands.
