At about 12:50 in he switches to a Punjab hone? At least that is what closed captioning says he is saying, I don't speak Australian or apparently understand it very well.

Punjab, or Super Punjab stones were a brand of barber hone. It is one of those "magic" razor hones that the racing axe guys will pay a fortune for if they ever turn up on ebay.
