Not sure if this counts as cooking.
Costco hotdog ($1.50) with organic sauerkraut, Colman’s hot mustard, kewpie mayonnaise, secret aardvark hot sauce, scallion.

I don't doubt that and would like to add, there's absolutely nothing wrong with a hot dog every now and then!
Happened to be at Costco doing reconnaissance for Thanksgiving, and getting a jar of sauerkraut. At $1.50 the hotdogs are almost free, I bought two, plus $9.31 for a jar of sauerkraut. Wished Costco sold stuff in smaller amounts.

It’s the older one, Land of Plenty. I think she just named the newer version differently. Definitely filled with great recipes.

Yep. I went to the trouble of making a consomé so I'd get a clear stock. It's definitely better than the stuff out of a cardboard box…

More old school stuff, I'm sure still made
are breaded protiens like Beef Wellington. Our bakeshop at Kahala Hilton would wrap protiens with dough make designs on it. Then bake it to golden brown.

I'm sure with your baking skills you could
create dough wrapped protien, even fish.

I aways liked dough on meat considered it class & taste good.

About as close to it these days is when Marie Chandler Chicken Pot Pies go on sale Costco. Maybe wrong, don't remember seeing Wellington on this thread. Was thinking of a side of Salmon topped with mushroom mixture wrapped in dough cooked to golden brown.

I do this occasionally :) Just not that often because it's a lot of work. Still, for special occasions, it's something I enjoy.

Pies can be an absolute delight. I will have a think about that salmon suggestion, thanks!

Add rice, spinach, butter to your salmon filling and you're getting close to a Coulibiac of Salmon.
