I definitely suggest considering whetstones from Burrfection. Challenging prices. I recently purchased this for travel. With %25 discount. You can use the box as stone holder. Quite happy with it. I didn't see them anywhere else. I can not say anything about knives though.

I found them when looking for Hasegawa cutting boards, looks like they carry Hitohara knives too. A bit more expensive, but not horrible. Does anyone know this one?
