Hey all,
Looking to move on my 270 Dalman BB collaboration that I bought at the beginning of Covid. It's super sharp, has a killer edge, and has never been sharpened or touched up on stones. I used it when I was private cooking for a family in NYC, but it was often out for show more than anything else. I love it, but recently bought a house and I need more cash. Looking to get what I paid for it, nothing more, ended up costing about 725, so I'm asking $750 through PayPal, and I'll have it sent two day mail to your door. Let me know if you have any questions, I have a hard time taking choil shots.
