Hey KKF,

This year I’m trying to branch out and try some different makers from my usual suspects. This beautiful gyuto was the first up and I’m hoping to trade it for another to keep the train moving. After going thru the list I plan on ordering some customs for my favorite ones. Here are some makers/builds that I’m interested in -
