It is about time to let go the last of my Mazakis. These 2 knives have been used 1 (gyuto) and 3 (petty) times to prepare dinner for 2, mostly veggies. They haven't been sharpened, the tiny bit of patina has been removed with Flitz.

Here are some measurements:
* Mazaki Migaki wa-petty in ~180mm: 185/36/106g, Shirogami #2, keyaki & horn, orig. box included. 170 EUR.
4,13 at handle - 3,32 at choil - then measured every 3cm: 2,42 - 1,70 - 1,27 - 1,15 - 1,05 - 0,66 approx. 1cm before tip
* Mazaki KU wa-gyuto in ~270mm: 277/57/270g, Shirogami #2, ho-wood & horn, orig. box included. 380 EUR.
6,55 at handle - 5,51 at choil - then measured every 3cm: 4,41 - 3,85 - 3,20 - 3,09 - 2,92 - 2,65 - 2,58 - 2,22 - 1,19 approx. 1cm before tip

Open books: I purchased the 270 gyuto at CKC for 368 US$ plus 58.75 US$ shipping, a total of 426.75 US$. It was then shipped to Austria/Europe where I paid approx. 120 EUR for customs and tax (I am 90% sure I have the invoice somewhere) - I will NOT pass this on to a potential buyer. I am only asking what the knife and shipping cost me. I would say this is a great opportunity for anyone in the EU to purchase this knife without having to pay customs and tax (I have already done this for you). If you're interested in that knife (it currently isn't available at CKC), do your math (I paid a whopping ~500 EUR in total for the knife), this is THE chance to buy a true workhorse in perfect condition at a very attractive price.

EU (EUR-payments) only. Paypal & shipping included. Please PM.
