Prefer to sell these two together as a bundle and will prioritize those who want to buy both. Prefer USA but can discuss international.
Raquin is 125sc with Kasumi finish. The knife is used for 1 prep session. I'd like to get back what I paid so listing as $700. There is some patina from using. Also the KU has some slight discoloration (how it arrived) but it is just from the clay that raquin uses and is not rust. Very classic shape and profile.
Jiro is LNIB from CKC. Jiro Tsuchime Yo Gyuto 225mm Tagayasan Handle (#159). Would like $600.
