I am wanting to trade my Maboroshi 165mm nakiri for another Maboroshi 210mm gyuto. I will supply the knife and give money (you decide how much) to trade for a gyuto. I really love this knife, except I hate the profile. I thought I’d like a nakiri, but clearly they are just not made for me. I have owned this knife for a week now.
